We are currently hiring a Marketing Specialist to be based in Milan (hybrid work).
Your Mission at VIP
As a Marketing Specialist you will own day-to-day marketing activities that boost brand visibility and drive conversion with a primary focus on leading the main integration project between VIP District and Epassi group. You will also support and manage marketing for our Engagement & Loyalty business ensuring consistent messaging smooth collaboration across teams and measurable growth in user engagement and lead generation.
What Youll Be Doing
- Drive the marketing aspects of the post-acquisition integration: align brand content digital channels and campaigns between the acquired company and the group.
- Manage and update the company website to ensure accurate on-brand information and optimal performance.
- Plan create launch and monitor online advertising campaigns focused on conversion and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance and website analytics (Google Analytics UTM tracking conversion funnels) and provide actionable optimizations and regular reports.
- Coordinate and run corporate events and promotional initiatives including briefs vendor management logistics and on-site execution.
- Support marketing for the Engagement & Loyalty business: develop campaign concepts assets user segmentation and performance measurement to grow retention and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with design sales product and external agencies to produce effective content and assets.
Youll be successful in this role if you
- Are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to measure performance and inform decisions.
- Can manage multiple projects and stakeholders keeping integration and campaign timelines on track.
- Are proactive detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a problem-solving mindset and adapt quickly to changing priorities during integration and campaign cycles.
- Care about user experience on website and digital touchpoints and can translate that into improved conversion and engagement.
What We Are Looking For
- 23 years experience in marketing roles with responsibility for website management digital advertising and event coordination.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads Facebook/Meta Ads at minimum) and basic web technologies/CMS.
- Proven experience running conversion- and lead-generation-focused campaigns and analyzing results.
- Experience with CRM email marketing and loyalty/engagement platforms.
Your language profile:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
- Comfortable communicating with international stakeholders and cross-border teams.
