Position Overview
The LPN will provide skilled nursing care support daily health needs and collaborate with caregivers families and interdisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for nurses who lead with heart communicate with patience and understand the importance of dignity in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
- Current LPN license in the state of Virginia or Compact
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm patient and compassionate approach to care
- Reliability professionalism and integrity
- Experience with home care longterm care or disability services is a plus
What Youll Do
- Deliver safe attentive and compassionate nursing care
- Support medication administration treatments and health monitoring
- Communicate clearly with families caregivers and team members
- Document care accurately and in compliance with all regulations
- Build trusting relationships with clients through empathy and consistency
- Promote a positive respectful environment for all individuals served
