Accounting Jr. Analyst

EY is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Accounting Analyst for our Global Delivery Center in Buenos Aires. If you have background as an Accounting Analyst this job is for is a great opportunity to kick off your career development at EY.

Responsibilities and challenges for this position include the following:

General Bookkeeping.

Monthly / Quarterly / Annual accounting closing processes and Account Reconciliations.

Overview on monthly Tax accounts reconciliations.

Working on external entities from Portugal Angola and Mozambique.

Detect analyze and escalate any potential issues in the accounting processes.

Maintain a relationship and fluent communication process with external Finance and Accounting partners.

Actively participate in projects and transitions.

Process improvement initiatives.

Gathering design and documentation of migrated processes

Internal controls and reporting.

Preparation of local financial statements

Direct communication with foreign offices and global coordination.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting department of industries or multinational companies (Desirable);

Bachelors degree or Advanced Students in Business Administration Accounting or similar.

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.

Experience identifying and resolving issues will take initiative.

Willingness to learn and grow in a multicultural firm.

Advanced in English level - both oral and written (mandatory);

Advanced in Excel;
