Job Summary
Senior Analyst Procurement Controlling
- #LI-BF1
- Monthly reporting of procurement (Direct & Indirect) KPIs and financials to business partners group finance and management.
- Support Planning Budgeting & Forecasting activities related to Direct procurement (A & B-Materials) & Indirect Procurement.
- Undertake variance analysis and prepare commentary for the management report.
- Design develop and maintain forecast models and recurring and ad hoc reports for management to make data driven decisions.
- Project support: manage project-based financial analysis and modeling to support spending profitability pricing and other projects.
- Decision support: evaluating suppliers offers supporting supplier negotiations providing transparency on cost buckets.
- Responsible for IC (i.e. intercompany) allocation of costs IC invoicing and final reconciliation.
- Responsible for ensuring correct allocation of costs and able to provide guidance where needed to non-financial team incl. performing corrections of incorrect postings where needed.
- Provide competent guidance and advice as support partner to non-financial and financial business partners.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelors degree (Masters degree is a plus)
- SAP knowledge (SAP BW3 SAP BH3)
- General knowledge of Cognos TM1 Qlikview & QlikSense
- Fluency in English
- Solid understanding of the procurement environment in the company and is familiar with the procurement processes category structure and sourcing strategies; Knowledge of the main procurement KPIs and understanding of their implications.
