Job Summary
Summary
Come join our aquatic team with your lifeguard certification and skills as well as your First Aid and CPR training you will ensure the safety off all dedicated military members civilians and families as they enjoy the amenities of this indoor pool.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE PULLED EVERY FRIDAY AT 8:00AM UNTIL POSITIONS ARE FILLED.
Continuously observes swimming area to ensure safety of patrons. Ensures the swimming area is open to patrons at scheduled times and only authorized persons are admitted to the area. Rescues swimmers in trouble promptly administers first aid and calls for medical assistance if and when needed. Warns swimmers of unsafe environmental or health conditions ocean conditions of rough water or hazards and recommends closing swimming areas until safe conditions prevail. When working at pools may operate water pumps and control chemical additives to ensure pool water meets specified standards. Ensures that diving boards are inspected frequently for cracks or loose matting and that necessary repairs are made. May perform other related or incidental duties as assigned for the daily operation of the swimming area to include: cleaning of bath houses wading pools main pools pool decks beach areas sunbathing areas etc. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
