Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Must-Have Skills : Liferay Monday HubSpot
Minimum 6 years of experience in remote infrastructure management and experience in content management
Design develop and manage content using Liferay DXP / Liferay Portal CMS (Web Content Structures Templates Fragments).
Develop and customize themes page layouts fragments and templates using FreeMarker/Velocity/HTML/CSS/JS.
Support business users with content authoring publishing and lifecycle management
Troubleshoot CMS issues and provide production support
Collaborate with UX business and development teams to deliver digital experiences.
Document configurations content models and operational procedures.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Request Management
Handle and track CMS-related requests raised through
Validate request details priority and approvals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
Update request status and maintain proper documentation
2. Content Management Liferay
Update and manage website content using Liferay CMS
Ensure content accuracy consistency and compliance with standards
Support content publishing updates and rollback activities
Coordinate with business/content owners for approvals
3. Inquiry Management HubSpot
Monitor and support customer inquiries captured through HubSpot
Ensure proper routing of inquiries to relevant business teams
Validate form configurations and data capture workflows
Assist in reporting and basic troubleshooting related to HubSpot inquiries
4. Security & Compliance Third Wave / IT
Coordinate with Third Wave and IT teams to address CMS security findings
Support remediation of vulnerabilities and compliance gaps
Assist in periodic security reviews and audits
Ensure CMS platforms follow organizational security guidelines
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Liferay preferred)
Experience using or similar ticketing/work management tools
Basic knowledge of HubSpot or CRM/inquiry management systems
Understanding of web application security concepts
Good coordination and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of CMS governance and content lifecycle
Experience working with IT security and compliance teams
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for content troubleshooting)
Exposure to audit or compliance-driven environments
Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
