The opportunity
In this role as a Senior Consultant Strategic Alignment & Executive Team Effectiveness you will work with the top leadership teams across our most important and forward-thinking clients to help them steer their organizations through transformation. Supporting EYs core offerings Strategic Alignment and Executive Team Effectiveness you will partner with both engagement teams and account collaboration with the engagement team you will project manage and contribute to the design and delivery of executive workshops and help enable discussions and experiences that foster clarity connection and your work with EY account teams you will support the partners to deliver insightful briefings from the executive alignment work that support account growth.
Our methodology is grounded in a design thinking approach that helps clients identify and activate the conditions for effective teaming including executive alignment executive team design and decision-making.
Your key responsibilities:
