Job Summary

The Bonadio Group is seeking an Administrative Professional to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Dallas Texas location.This is a on-site position.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new clients project templates and tasks consistent across the Tax and Small Business Advisory practices

  • Ensuring attention to detail is critical in ensuring consistency across technology platforms

  • Compile data analysis reports from Axcess Workflow

  • Work collaboratively with Information Technology team

  • Demonstrate ability to consistently use standard client file-sharing systems including SafeSend CCH Axcess SharePoint and MyPortal

  • Work collaboratively with the Small Business Advisory team members to successfully achieve Service Line deadlines and goals

  • Process client tax returns and mailings as necessary

  • E-file client tax returns and mailings as necessary

  • Provide dedicated Partner support as assigned including time and expense entry billing e-mail triage travel assistance etc.

  • Assist in the preparation proofreading editing and processing of documents including but not limited to correspondence financial statements client related correspondence order to produce error-free work

  • Ability to professionally and effectively handle communications with internal personnel as well as external clients both via phone or in person; taking detailed messages as needed

  • Organize update and assist with calendar for assigned partner(s)

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings conference calls and communicate details accordingly

  • Enter transcribe record store and/or maintain information in written or electronic form

  • Develop and maintain the technology skills required to function at peak efficiency

  • Ability to cross-train and learn others administrative responsibilities to provide backup assistance as needed

  • Sort incoming mail as necessary

  • Assist in all other administrative areas as needed

  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client/firm confidentiality


Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience

  • A minimum of an associates degree or a high school diploma GED with equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with SafeSend delivery of tax returns

  • A minimum of one year of experience with CCH Axcess Tax and Workflow

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to successfully meet Service Line deadlines and performance goals

  • Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures filing telephone techniques scanning and office equipment as well as business English usage spelling grammar and punctuation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint

Hours Of Operation:

  • This is a full-time in-office hourly position

  • Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

  • Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday

  • We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
