Employee Benefits Account Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Employee Benefits Account Coordinator to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting the Employee Benefits department which focuses on managing large group accounts ranging from 50 to 5000 lives. The ideal candidate will assist Account Managers with renewals marketing materials open enrollment processes and compliance-related tasks. This is a hybrid position offering a balance of in-office and remote work.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $68000 annually (hourly-based)

Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with renewal processes and client service needs
- Prepare marketing materials and presentations for clients
- Support open enrollment activities including preparing benefit guides and presentations
- Manage post-enrollment selection processing
- Assist with compliance-related tasks such as 5500 filings and WRAP plan document implementations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license preferred or at least Health license
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a brokerage or in-house benefits administration setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 Ease Employee Navigator ADP and Paylocity is preferred
- Account Experience: Familiarity with large group accounts (50-5000 lives) including level-funded and self-funded clients
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
