Program Duration

Our internship program runs approximately 40 hours per week from June 1st through mid-August.

Your Responsibilities

During your internship you will rotate through several HR specialties such as Compensation Learning & Development Talent Acquisition HR Information Systems Organization Development Employee Relations and gain exposure to working with HR Business Partners to understand how HR strategies align with business needs.

Duties mayinclude:

• Updating project plans and timelines; monitoring progress against deliverables.
• Managing system and documentation workflows including creating andmaintainingsystem change documentation.
• Conducting human capital research onvarious topics.
• Entering tickets into the online HR Support ticketing system.
• Assistingwith mid-year and strategic talent review processes.
• Conducting Workday system testing.
• Assistingin reviewing and revising of existing training materials.
• Participating in division and department cleanup to ensureaccurateorganizational alignment.
• Performing other miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.
• Scheduling meetings and sending tasks/reminders.

Requirements

To be considered for this internship candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship.
• Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship.
• Currently pursuing a degreein Human Resources Business AdministrationCommunicationsor related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint)
• Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment including being on-site at least 2 days per week.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday)
• Familiarity with process documentation and mapping
• Interest in organizational development and employee relations
• Previousinternship or work experience in HR

Role Designation

Anchored in Connection

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships creativity and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
