Were looking for a highly motivated intern to join our talented EMEA Supply Chain Operations team for a 12-month full-time internship.

Youll have the opportunity to tackle real world challenges across Supply & Inventory Planning and Supply Execution Management making a meaningful impact on our operations.

Eligibility criteria:

  • This 12-month internship is full-time (37.5h/week) based in our London office.

  • Candidates must be 18 years of age (at the time of the contract starting) and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.

  • Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.

Core Responsibilities

The role will be varied and exciting. You will join our dynamic inclusive Supply & Inventory Planning and Supply Execution Management teams to support operational execution across the EMEA region.

  • Support the Supply & Inventory Planning team to orchestrate the availability of LEGO sets across EMEA ensuring builders get the right products exactly when they need them. By harmonising supply and demand optimising inventory levels and managing costs to help deliver magical moments that spark creativity and imagination.

  • Join our Supply Execution Management team to empower EMEA Business Units by ensuring shortterm plans are executed seamlessly. Support order managers and uphold operational excellence while bringing the creativity and innovation that make the LEGO Group extraordinary.

  • Help optimise our processes to supercharge our operational execution and drive efficiency. Potential for site visits to gain first hand insights into operational challenges and opportunities.

  • Data and insights: Dive into the vibrant world of LEGO data; uncover insights from key operational metrics and share them with stakeholders to inform decisions and drive outstanding business performance.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the LEGO Group to deliver our Supply Chain Operations priorities; united as One LEGO Team building a world of creativity together.

Learn from our talented Supply Chain Operations team develop your business knowledge and play a vital part in helping one of the worlds best-selling and most reputable toy brands reach more children.

You will use your logical numerical and problem-solving skills to help optimise our operations and deliver our EMEA Supply Chain Operations priorities.

Do you have what it takes

  • Demonstrated interest in Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (proficient in English).

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to analyse large datasets and distil clear insights.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

  • Proactive self-motivated and well organisedmotivated and wellorganised.

  • Open to diverse ideas and perspectives; to support our inclusive culture.

  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and confident using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables lookup functions).
