The Opportunity

Our Energy & Utilities business is looking for a proactive and detaildriven Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across multiple workstreams. This role is central to ensuring jobs are set up accurately progress smoothly and meet key performance targets.

Youll work closely with operational teams suppliers and client representatives to manage schedules documentation risks variations and daytoday communication. Youll also play a key role in identifying improvements that enhance performance increase efficiency and support Downers commitment to excellence.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Financial and commercial awareness especially around cost capture and invoicing.
