The Role
Providing first-line IT support to teaching and support staff
Troubleshooting hardware software and basic network issues
Supporting classroom technology interactive whiteboards and AV equipment
Assisting with user account management devices and permissions
Logging and resolving IT issues in a timely and professional manner
Supporting the smooth running of IT systems across the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in an IT Support Officer IT Technician or IT Support role
Good working knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365
Experience supporting hardware software and end users
Clear communication skills and a calm helpful approach
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
