Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of brand merchandise and materials including annual gift boxes business-related merchandise daily promotional items and brand/business promotional materials
Participate in the planning writing and optimization of Chinese and English content related to brands business activities and events; support promotional activities on social media or community platforms
Assist in coordinating with various business and regional teams including requirement collection solution planning and execution follow-up
Support coordination between design teams suppliers and internal teams; oversee processes such as production sampling manufacturing and delivery
Assist in the execution of global and regional brand projects and merchandise materials
Support project progress tracking organize project documentation and ensure clear communication of key milestones and orderly advancement
Participate in the organization and optimization of processes and standards related to brand merchandise and materials

Requirements

Undergraduate or above currently studying or recent graduate able to commit to a full-time internship with long-term and stable availability
Strong interest in brand planning brand operations or marketing communications
Proficient in both Chinese and English reading and writing; able to assist in English content creation and basic promotional materials
Able to work and collaborate stably within UTC8 time zone
Strong execution skills learning ability and sense of responsibility; detail-oriented
Basic communication skills and teamwork awareness
