About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist to our Auto Manufacturing Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teljes körű toborzási folyamat menedzselése a hozzád rendelt területeken intake-tól offerig. / Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business areas from intake to offer.

  • Hiring Managerekkel és HRBP-kkel való partneri együttműködés: igények tisztázása munkaköri követelmények meghatározása toborzási terv felépítése. / Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to clarify hiring needs define job requirements and build recruitment plans.

  • Strukturált interjúk lefolytatása interjúpanelek koordinálása gyors és magas minőségű kiválasztási döntések támogatása. / Conduct structured interviews coordinate interview panels and ensure timely high-quality hiring decisions.

  • Ügynökségek/fejvadászok kezelése igény szerint: briefelés jelöltek értékelése teljesítménykövetés költségkontroll. / Manage agency/headhunter cooperation where needed: briefing evaluation performance tracking and cost control.

  • Pontos pipeline adatkezelés és riportálás (pl. CV beáramlás interjú konverziók ajánlatelfogadás time-tofill). / Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting (e.g. CV flow interview conversion offer acceptance time-to-fill).

  • Toborzási tevékenységek működtetése belső szabályzatok és GDPR követelmények szerint. / Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and GDPR requirements.

  • Employer branding és talent pipeline kezdeményezések támogatása (állásbörzék egyetemi együttműködések reskilling / training-to-hire programok). / Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives (career fairs university cooperation reskilling/training-to-hire programs).

  • Folyamatfejlesztés az ATS-ben: workflowk sablonok szűrési standardok és jelöltkommunikációk fejlesztése. / Support continuous process improvement in ATS workflows templates screening standards and candidate communications.

Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Magyar nyelvtudás (folyékony) és angol nyelvtudás (munkanyelv szint) elvárt; kínai nyelvtudás előny. Fluent Hungarian and working English required; Chinese is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 év HR tapasztalat előny toborzási fókuszú háttérrel (vállalati oldal ügynökség vagy vegyes). / Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably with strong recruitment exposure (in-house agency or mixed).

  • Előny gyártási/autóipari/indusztriális vagy gyorsan növekvő környezetben szerzett tapasztalat. / Ideally in manufacturing/automotive/industrial or high-growth environments.

  • Tapasztalat többféle szerepkör toborzásában: operátorok/technikusok és/vagy mérnöki minőségügyi logisztikai irodai/corporate funkciók. / Proven ability to hire for multiple role types: operators/technicians and/or engineering quality logistics logistics corporate functions.

  • Erős sourcingképesség (Boolean search LinkedIn sourcing talent mapping) és kiváló szűrési/interjúztatási készségek. / Strong sourcing capability (Boolean search LinkedIn sourcing talent mapping) and excellent screening/interviewing skills.

  • Stakeholder management: magabiztos kommunikáció senior vezetőkkel és döntések befolyásolásának képessége. / Stakeholder management: confident communication with senior leaders and ability to influence decisions.

  • Analitikus szemlélet és riportálási készségek; haladó Excel előny (pivot táblák alap adatelemzés). / Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills; advanced Excel is an advantage (pivot tables basic data analysis).

  • GDPR-tudatos jelöltadat-kezelés és toborzási megfelelőség ismerete. / Good understanding of recruitment compliance and GDPR-aware candidate data handling.
