Financial Controller

About the role of Controller
In the role of Controller you will be a central part of our finance team. You will be responsible for delivering financial analysis and reports that support business operations and decision-making within the company. Your role will be important in ensuring that financial and budget processes are in line with the companys strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including analysis of financial performance versus budget and prior year
Play a key role in the preparation of the companys operational budgets and forecasts by proactively partnering with budget owners coordinating financial inputs across the organization and ensuring timely and accurate consolidation
Prepare and maintain regular operational and management reports
Provide ad hoc financial analyses and decision-support to management
Drive and actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the controlling and finance function
Qualifications and Experience
Academic degree in Finance Economics or a related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller Financial Analyst or in a similar role
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills with strong experience working with large datasets and a proven ability to build and automate Excel-based reports
Experience with SAP BW is considered a strong advantage
Fluent English; good knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
Personal qualities
