We are seeking a strategic and visionary Managing Director Marketing Analytics & Reporting to lead the development and execution of reporting and insights across all marketing and partner activation initiatives. This role will oversee a high-performing team of analysts and serve as a key partner to senior stakeholders driving data-informed decisions that elevate brand impact audience engagement and operational efficiency.

How You Will Contribute

    • Lead coach and develop a team of 58 business analysts fostering a culture of innovation accountability and excellence.
    • Own the learning agendas and measurement plans for all marketing and audience engagement efforts ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding marketing partnerships data engineering and researchto define KPIs measurement frameworks and success metrics.
    • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that influence strategic planning and performance optimization including executive ready dashboards and scorecards.
    • Lead monthly quarterly and EOY reporting rhythms including stakeholder reporting capability assessments and campaign updates.
    • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g. Tableau Looker) to support capabilities throughout marketing (web lifecycle paid media social).
    • Partner with data technology to ensure data governance accuracy and consistency across all analytics outputs.
    • Identify trends risks and opportunities through advanced analytics predictive modeling and segmentation.
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity confidence and strategic foresight

What You Will Bring

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Data Analytics or related field;
    • 10 years of experience in business analytics with 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of supporting marketing teams with strategic analytics and reporting.
    • Expertise in data visualization tools SQL and marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Salesforce Tableau Social Listening).
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Standout Candidates Will Bring

    • Experience in consumer-facing industries media or high-growth environments.
    • Familiarity with attribution modeling ROI analysis and audience segmentation.
