We are looking for a highly capable UX Design Specialist with a senior mindset who can independently own complex problem spaces and deliver high-quality user experiences for AI-assisted and data-driven products.
This role is ideal for a designer with strong UX fundamentals experience in AI or data-heavy products and the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive scalable and user-centered solutions. While the role is positioned at a senior/mid-level it offers a clear growth path toward lead-level ownership based ondemonstratedimpact accountability and influence.
Whatyoullbuild-
As part of the Data and Analytics Design team you will design end-to-end user experiences for data-intensive and AI-powered products. You will be expected tooperatewith a high degree of ownership maturity and accountabilitydriving design quality influencing outcomes and collaborating closely with Product Managers Engineering Data Science teams and Topic/Domain UX Leads.
This role provides opportunities to progressively take on broader responsibility including influencing design direction across initiatives and supporting peer designers through feedback and collaboration.
Design & Delivery
Own end-to-end UX design for complex features and workflows from discovery through final delivery.
Design user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs aligned with user needs and business goals.
Simplify complex data and AI concepts into clear intuitive and actionable user experiences
Ensure designs are usable accessible scalable and aligned with SAP Fiori and SAP Design System standards.
AI-Driven Experience Design
Design experiences for AI-powered products including:
Conversational interfaces
AI-assisted workflows
Predictive and recommendation-based experiences
Apply an AI-first mindsetidentifyingopportunities where AI can enhance user decision-making efficiency and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to translate AI capabilities into meaningful user value.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Product Managers Engineering Data Science Research teams and Topic/Domain UX Leads to shape requirements and outcomes.
Clearly communicate design rationale trade-offs and recommendations to both design and product stakeholders.
Activelyparticipatein design reviews demos and working sessions with confidence and clarity.
Quality Consistency & Standards
Advocate for high design quality attention to detail and consistency across experiences.
Ensure adherence to usability accessibility and responsible AI standards throughout the design lifecycle.
Contribute to shared UI libraries patterns and best practices aligned with SAP Fiori and enterprise design systems.
What you bring-
57 years of professional UX or product design experience.
Strong portfoliodemonstratingend-to-end design ownership for complex products.
Proven experience designing for AI-driven or data-intensive products.
Strongproficiencyin Figma or equivalent design tools.
Solid understanding of UX best practices user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Experience designing for enterprise or B2B products.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori SAP Design System SAPUI5 or similar enterprise design systems.
Experience collaborating with AI/ML teams and understanding technical constraints.
Exposure analytics platforms dashboards or data visualization products.
