Retail Assistant

As a Retail Assistant in our Brisbane Central Station store youll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you our customers and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What being a Retail Assistant is all about:

• Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Processing purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Replenishing stock merchandise displays and ensuring the store is clean and well presented.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and offering recommendations.

What our Stores would love to see:

• A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards.
• Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible shifts typically in the afternoon throughout the week however weekend work or early mornings may be required/available
• Lotto experience is preferred
