The Role:
Entegris is seeking aCustomerQuality Engineer to implementqualityassurance program to ensure quality production of products consistent with established standards. This position islocatedatthe EntegrisTaiwan.
In this role you will:
The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) role is dynamictechnicaland cross-functional. CQEs interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer Entegris and Supplier organizations. This role is high impact highoutputand high visibility that requires a calm-assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities. Within this role the PACE value competencies are regularlyfor success: Engage as guidedwithcustomersCTEsalesand factory/product/supply chain/quality teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Technically respond to the customer with understanding of the supported products including standard data analysis driving 8Dinvestigationand root cause strategies.
Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving Change Management Customers Document reviewingVOC for NPI processmanaging and Internal Audits Project Development Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of productsregionsand companies. (customers and suppliers).

Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents item tracking performancereportingand continuousimprovementproject management.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Bachelor or above of Science Degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electric/ElectronicEngineering;or related technical field preferred.
Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality processequipmentor materials within the semiconductor industry. Areas of interest include PVD/ CVD CMP Photo Etch ImplantBCDand Liquid/Air/Gas Filtration & Purification.
Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation management and project management focused on closing gaps between company and customer.
Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto FMEAs SPC histograms trend analysis process mapping design of experimentscauseand effect diagrams 8D problem solvingmethodology.
Ability to communicate verbally in English and Mandarin.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload acrossa NorthAmerica and Asia scope of responsibility.
Experience withworking and communicating between North America based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.
Ability to travel 10% to 50% domestic and international
Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook Excel/VLOOKUP Word Power point and Project)
Positive attitude and passionate with a proactive nature
