Fab Engineer – Quality & Operations Support

As a Fab Engineer at Micron Technology Inc. you will work closely with a crossfunctional team of process and equipment engineers to support fab startup and ongoing operations. This role plays a key part in driving quality operational efficiency and continuous improvement across manufacturing activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Solid background in quality systems audit management or quality assurance methodologies
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) as language proficiency is critical for crosssite and crossfunctional collaboration
• Demonstrated experience as a datadriven professional with strengths in quality management workflow control and performance analysis
• Proven ability to analyze workflows manage performance metrics and support operational efficiency initiatives
• Strong problemsolving skills and a continuous improvement mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Support fab startup activities in collaboration with process equipment and manufacturing teams
• Apply data analytics and quality tools to identify issues drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements
• Assist with operational technical management including coordination of quality and performance initiatives
• Enable effective crossfunctional coordination to support manufacturing excellence and service quality
• Translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance organizational performance

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Establish and improve process condition and technology.
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
Establish and modify process management projects.
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
Evaluation promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and improvement.
