Job Summary

A company is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Integration Coordinator to manage EDI and marketplace integrations across internal teams customers and third-party platforms. This full-time in-person role serves as a liaison between IT Sales Accounting/AP Operations and Customer Service to ensure accurate data flow and successful onboarding.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing EDI and marketplace integrations from setup through go-live
Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
Troubleshooting integration and data flow issues
Documenting workflows processes and integration requirements
Supporting ongoing system connectivity and improvements
Managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with EDI or marketplace integrations preferred
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Excel proficiency required
Basic technical understanding and strong attention to detail
