Position Summary
The LVN provides clinical support to providers and patients by delivering routine nursing care assisting with procedures and supporting clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and document vital signs
Administer injections and medications as ordered
Assist providers with exams and minor procedures
Perform patient education and follow-up instructions
Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits
Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
Support care coordination and patient flow
Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
Minimum Qualifications
Active California LVN license
Current BLS certification
Previous clinical experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate patient-centered approach
Preferred Qualifications
Community health or FQHC experience
Bilingual (Spanish required)
Experience with EHR systems
Compliance Requirements
Current TB clearance
Pay
Starting at $24 per hour
