Tasks
Role Overview
We are looking for a Specification Manager / Project Specifier to work closely with architects designers consultants and project teams to ensure Ahti Interiors products are specified into projects at the design and planning stage.
This role focuses on early project engagement technical product guidance and long-term relationship building. It is not a closing or follow-up sales role. Commercial follow-up pipeline movement and deal progression are handled by the sales operations team.
The Specifiers role is to create high-quality well-positioned opportunities that can be carried forward by the wider sales process.

Requirements
Required Experience
- Experience in a specification design liaison or project-focused role
- Background in interiors architecture construction or building products
- Experience working with architects designers or consultants
- Strong understanding of long-cycle project-based sales environments
- Confident professional communication in English
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
