Summary
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join the team. As a Business Operations Analyst you are responsible for delivering data-driven insights to inform day-to-day case operations guide organization-wide strategic decisions and drive business outcomes. You will play a key role in a small team that aims to ensure all our internal teams operate at peak efficiency while delivering exceptional value and an outstanding experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide in-depth digestible and visual insights using Salesforce Power BI and Excel.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Build workflow automations and execute ad hoc data management projects to enhance efficiency of case operations
- Ensure data integrity and SOP compliance by designing systems to monitor case activity
- Manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence operations or a related role.
- Proficiency with SQL Power BI Salesforce and Excel required. Coding experience (e.g. Python R etc) preferred.
- Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
- Be a problem-solver. Thinking about the key metrics that will drive success and how to make processes better.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience with a preference for Business or STEM fields.
Salary Range
$95000 - $125000 USD
