What are we looking to add to our team
Werelooking for a highly motivatedRevenueAccountantto join our expanding finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about scaling accounting operations at a high-growth billingcollectionsand revenue recognition activities under US GAAP (ASC 606) drive closeprocess excellence and partner crossfunctionally to scale controls systems and reporting.
Whatyou will be doing:
- Own customer billing & accounts receivable process:generating and sending customer invoicesfollow up on outstanding payments communicatetocustomersregardingbilling inquiries andapplypayments to customer accounts and ensure proper documentation.
- Preparerevenuemonthend journal entriesaccount reconciliationsand AR reviewensuring completenessaccuracyand compliance with US GAAP.
- Developmaintain and update revenue accounting policies memos and process documentationin accordance withUS GAAP.
- Support sales tax reporting and reconciliations by ensuring billed revenue exemptions credits and adjustments areproperly reflectedand documented.
- Partner with Deal ManagementRevenueOperationsthePartners team and FP&A to ensurecomplete andaccuraterevenue system data.
- Drive system/process improvements including NetSuiteSuiteBillingand ARM configuration and enhancements to increase automation quality and speed.
- Ownmaintainand enhancekey revenue controls
- Support external audit activities by preparing revenue related documentation responding to audit requests and ensuring close documents are completeaccurate and auditready.
You will be a great match if you have:
- 25 years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or SaaS/software revenue accounting under US GAAP (ASC 606).
- Strong analytical problemsolving attention to detail and ability tooperatein a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Advanced Excelskills;experience with NetSuite (ERP/ARM) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline
- Big 4 or audit experience is a plus.
- Located in the Greater Seattle Area

Salary Hiring Range:$80000 to $110000 annually
