About the positions

Rennes School of Business (Rennes SB) invites applications for full-time permanent faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level across several disciplines. The expected start date is September 2026. These recruitments are part of the expansion of our program portfolio and the schools continued international development including the strengthening of international academic partnerships and global learning pathways.

Fields of Recruitment

Marketing and Negotiation: Business Negotiation Digital Marketing Brand Management (with a particular focus on Luxury).

Operations and Analytics: Business Analytics Information Systems Cybersecurity Operations Management (with a strong interest in procurement and inventory management)

Finance and Geopolitics: Corporate Finance Market Finance Geopolitics and Geoeconomics

Profile required

• APhD degree (or equivalent) earned or nearing completion in the relevant discipline or a closely related field.
• A strong commitment to teaching excellence with a genuine interest in pedagogical innovation and student learning. Teaching is conducted in English; knowledge of French is not required.
• Evidence of strong potential to produce high-quality and impactful research demonstrated through a track record of research projects suitable for publication in leading academic journals.
• Experience in or strong interest for collaboration with industry public institutions or other external partners and the ability to bridge research with real-world applications and societal or managerial impact.
• Commitment to actively contributing to the development of the school its programs and its academic community.
