We are looking for a motivated working student who is ready to take on a new professional adventure and grow within a global technology this role you will initially support the team withproject management activitiesacross various events and initiatives.

Over time you will progressively take ownership of yourown projects gaining hands-onexperience and realresponsibility.

Your tasks:

Customer andTechExperience:

Project support forglobal and regional trade showseventsand projects - aligning with internaland externalstakeholders
Maintainingtechnicaldocumentation&databasefor demos
Maintain and updatedifferentprojecttrackerstomanage deadlines
Coordinateproduct& demologisticsfor different tradeshowsand events

Digital Experience

Support thecreation and update of virtual demos
Support thecreation and update of digital assets forphysical demos

Additional Responsibilities

Administrative support for national and internationaltradeshows events &projects
Maintain and structureMicrosoftSharePointsitesfor internal and external audiencestoensure contentremainssecureorganizedand up to date
Business awardapplications: Research taking care of the application process (writingapplicationtext making sure that all stakeholders and channels know about itetc. )

Your profile:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Project Management or Engineering
Strong organizational skills excellent communicationagility to work on different projects creative/disruptive way of thinking and high attention to detail ultimate team-player with a sense of humor& hands-on mentality
Experience in project management data analysis and identifying & addressing blockers
Excellent command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools such as Planner Trello or similar
Basic understanding of SharePoint and its complexitiesis a plus
This job requires full professional English; French is a plus
