Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting project financials commission processing and overall project performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process commission allocations with strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Track and analyze project performance metrics identifying financial risks and variances
- Support job costing and ensure financial accuracy across projects
- Generate and analyze financial reports including AR reporting and commission summaries
- Assist Project Managers with system processes job setup and ongoing reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Support financial reviews and contribute to improving reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with commission processing
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Background in Accounting or Finance
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to generate detailed reports and analyze financial data
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
