This is the role

You will be responsible for identifying capturing and qualifying potential leads to support the sales team. This role involves researching potential clients engaging with prospects and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to drive the businesss growth.

  • Identify potential leads through various channels including online research social media industry events and networking.

  • Utilize our CRM and databases to track and manage leads.

  • Use marketing tool to monitor and manage lead generation campaigns ensuring the effective capture and nurturing of leads.

  • Generating ideas for strategies lead generation campaigns including email marketing content marketing and paid advertising.

  • Participate in webinars trade shows and industry conferences to generate new leads.

  • Engage with potential leads via email phone and social media to understand their needs and determine their fit.

  • Conduct initial outreach to cold leads and follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.

  • Use scoring models and automation tools in marketing toolo to prioritize leads for the sales team.

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to gather more detailed information about potential leads.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.

  • Regularly cleanse and update lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation improvement.

  • Generate reports on lead sources conversion rates and campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop dashboards and visualizations for lead tracking.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and sources to optimize lead generation strategies.

  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create targeted content that attracts potential leads.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and follow-up.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions to discuss lead generation performance and improvements.

  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities lead quality and conversion rates.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.

  • Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rate present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

This is who you are

  • Proven inside sales experience minimum 3 years with track record of achieving goals

  • Very strong telephone communication skills and experience handling a high volume of daily calls

  • Experience working with CRM

  • Written and spoken English Language

  • Independent good planning and organizing skills ability to build networking displaying persuasiveness and negotiation skills

  • Integrity result orientation and ability to work in a team

  • Good communication and presentation skills
