The starting salary is $80000 annually and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

For a summary of benefits please see Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in semiconductor/device fabrication in a cleanroom environment which may include experience during post-undergraduate education Strong background in the use of micro- and nanofabrication techniques equipment and clean room protocols Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential requirements Experience in student instruction or development of instructional materials Strong background in lithography dry etch and physical vapor deposition Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of these fabrication techniques: lithography physical vapor deposition plasma etch wet chemistry horizontal tube furnaces or LPCVD systems Experience and expertise in electrical and electronic mechanical pneumatic and vacuum components as related to semiconductor/device fabrication equipment More consideration will be given to candidates with experience in maintenance and the repair of semiconductor fabrication tools Required: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Physics Materials Science or an Interdisciplinary Program focused on Micro/Nano device fabrication Preferred: Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Physics Materials Science or an Interdisciplinary Program focused on Micro/Nano device fabrication.
