Title: Data Engineer
Location: Smithfield RI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (12 Months)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to support the development of scalable data solutions and modern cloud-based platforms. This role involves working with large datasets ETL processes and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows
Work with PL/SQL NoSQL and large-scale data environments
Support microservices and data-driven applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Contribute to cloud-based data solutions and CI/CD processes

Required Skills:

8 years of data engineering experience
Strong experience with PL/SQL ETL tools (Informatica preferred)
Hands-on with COBOL and mainframe systems
Experience with Python Java or Scala
Knowledge of microservices REST APIs and distributed systems
Familiarity with AWS/Azure and DevOps tools (Jenkins Git etc.)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Kafka Redis or streaming tools
Cloud or data-related certifications
