	Looking for candidates regarding the following:
POSITION	OT Automation Engineer PLC & Python
LOCATION	Duncan Oklahoma-- hybrid-- must be local
DURATION	6 Months
INTERVIEW TYPE	Video
VISA TYPE	Any
REQUIRED SKILLS	Proven experience in IOT and OT automation and industrial control systems.Strong hands-on experience with PLC Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming (platform-agnostic; Rockwell Siemens Schneider etc.). Strong hands-on experience with Python for control orchestration or real-time automation use cases. Experience working with OPC UA and MQTT in industrial environments. Background in equipment automation and control not just monitoring or analytics. Experience designing hybrid systems combining PLC logic and higher-level software orchestration. Comfortable making architectural decisions on where logic should live (PLC vs Python). Experience with low-latency or real-time systems.
