Requirement description :
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED * no exemption required at presentation
- BLS / ACLS - PREFERRED
- Fellowship Training - Preferred
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active SC license - REQUIRED
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements :
On Call Requirements : YES - 8am-8am
