AWealth Plannerwillprovide comprehensive wealth management strategies consistent with ourclientsgoals and colleague will supportaWealth Advisor in managing client the advisor the wealthplanner will develop individualized financial plans and recommendations to help clients meet their financial planner will alsoassistwith client meetingsand presentfindings and recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assistadvisoryteam with onboarding of new clients: customize our standard contract with new client information obtain allappropriate formsfromcustodian and work with each new client to ensureaccuratecompletion. Coordinate submission with the custodian for processing.
Responsible forcash transfers wires data maintenancereportingand tradingas needed.
Processing account openings depositing electronic checks moving moneyandprocessing tasks with custodians.
Proactively interact with clients andassistin creatingan outstandingclient experience.
Schedule client meetings.
Receiveclient calls and resolvequestions/issues as needed.
Analyze and input client data into financial planning software.
Assistwith thetimelycompletion and submission of allclientrelated transaction requests.
Preparing forms and reports for client meetings.
Conduct independent research and build financial plans for prospective clients.
Develop client recommendations withassistancefromtheWealth Advisor.
Assistin buildingcomprehensive financial plans.
Organize andmaintainthe CRM system (Salesforce)utilizefinancial planning software (eMoney).
Ongoing maintenance and quality control of CRM.

Required Credentials:
Bachelors degree
Series 65(to be obtainedwithinthree monthsof hire date)
4 yearsfinancial planning estateplanningand/or tax planning/ preparationexperience
Pursuing or hasattainedaCFP
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to talk to clients independently
Ability to train and mentorClient Service Associates
Ability to develop wealth planning and investment recommendations and present to clients when applicable
Working knowledge of e-Money Salesforcea strongplus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to organize and prioritize workin order tomeet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision required.
Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
Ability to build andmaintainrelationships with potential and current clients.
Tenacious about doing what is right for the client always.
Physical Requirements:
Prolongedperiodssitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times.
Compensation Range:
$85000 - $95000
