Learn more about us at: Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant to serve as the trusted point of contact for our clients as they begin their journey into navigating to a new home and lifestyle.

This role requires a customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong relationships.

As the New Home Consultant you will act as a consultative salesperson ensuring that every homebuyer is educated engaged and excited about their new home. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships addressing client needs working with a team of Cobblestone professionalsand helping homeowners navigate the process with ease. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Educate and guide clients through the home-buying and building process proactively addressing concerns and setting clear expectations.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales design and construction to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Maintain detailed client records and follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in company events home tours parade of homes and customer appreciation initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends market conditions and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for customer service and relationship management.
  • Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in sales customer service or client success homebuilding or a related field.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Positive attitude self-motivation and a commitment to excellence.
