Job Summary

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of both production and development systems ensuring that software products operate smoothly across various platforms. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues collaborating with team members and implementing solutions to enhance system performance all while adhering to established operating models and processes. You will also provide hardware and software support contributing to the overall efficiency of the organizations IT infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unix Architecture and Design IT Infrastructure Operations.- Strong understanding of server and network management.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
