Job Summary

Atlassian Cloud expertise across Jira Software Jira Service Management Jira Operations (Opsgenie) Jira Align and Confluence.
Proven experience configuring and operating governed Atlassian platforms using defined archetypes for different project types (foundation/core internal product delivery external customer delivery service management).
JSM Portal configuration for use as a digital front door including request types workflows and optimised user experience.
Implementation of LiveChat capabilities through JSM or Genesys Cloud.
Integration experience with enterprise systems such as Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Ability to work collaboratively with an existing SME/Architect following established governance and security frameworks.
Hands-on project delivery of ITSM tooling within Atlassian platforms in enterprise settings.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
