We are seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and manage production schedules in a manufacturing environment in Niagara Falls ON region.
Pay - $70k-$80k
Key Responsibilities -
Create and maintain the master production schedule

Plan and release work orders based on demand and capacity
-
Review customer orders and forecasts to align production plans
-
Coordinate with production engineering and purchasing to ensure materials and data are accurate
-
Monitor capacity and adjust schedules as needed
-
Communicate schedules priorities and changes to production teams and management
-
Track performance metrics such as on-time delivery and schedule adherence
-
Support inventory control efforts
-
Identify and support improvements in scheduling and planning
-
Serve as the main contact for scheduling-related issues
Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

5 years of experience in a manufacturing scheduling role
-
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)

Strong knowledge of production planning and capacity management

Good analytical and organizational skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
