Job Summary
Your Role & Impact
As a Production Scheduler you will be at the center of our operations translating demand into actionable production plans that balance inventory capacity and customer satisfaction. You wont just manage schedules youll shape the efficiency of our manufacturing operations directly impacting thousands of customer orders across North America.
Plan for Performance
- Build and maintain production schedules that align with demand inventory targets and operational capacity
- Adjust plans proactively to respond to fluctuations in orders priorities or constraints
Analyze & Anticipate
- Analyze sales forecasts order trends and market insights to anticipate production needs
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that save time reduce waste and improve service levels
Collaborate & Influence
- Work closely with production teams supply chain and sales to optimize resources and smooth workflows
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve challenges before they become problems
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Monitor production KPIs and respond quickly to disruptions
- Lead initiatives to improve processes tools and methods your ideas will directly shape our operations
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2 years of production planning experience
- Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Analytical mindset with hands-on proactive problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
- Experience tracking analyzing and acting on performance indicators
