Experience & Education: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge of heavy equipment
- Experience in sales customer service or equipment support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
