Job Summary
Required skills :
Project Manager - Epic Digital Engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience preferably in healthcare IT environments
- Direct experience managing Epic implementations or optimizations with a strong preference for digital engagement applications
- Demonstrated experience working with or through an Epic implementation partner
- Strong understanding of Epic patient-facing and population health tools (MyChart Hello World Cheers EpicCare Link Healthy Planet)
- Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Must be local to the Washington DC Metro area and able to support onsite needs as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic certification(s) in relevant modules
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience supporting large health systems or academic medical centers
- Familiarity with population health patient engagement and care coordination initiatives
