Job Summary

Job Title : .Public Safety Tier-2 Support Analyst (Mobile Computing Traffic & Criminal Systems 7 years exp)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience collaborating with end users to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Background in providing second-level (Tier 2) technical support within a help desk environment
Proven experience in creating test plans and executing comprehensive system-level testing
Familiarity with mobile computing technologies in public safety operational settings
Demonstrated ability to deliver technical and end-user training in structured classroom environments
Skilled in preparing technical documentation and user training manuals
Experience providing support for Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS) within a public safety context
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline from an accredited institution
Experience configuring and resolving issues in public safety mobile communication systems
