We are seeking motivated relationship-driven Recruiters to join our growing teams at Delta-T Group and Kaleidoscope. This is an excellent opportunity for staffing professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of stability. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening professionals within the education and behavioral health sectors such as teachers and therapists.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (Junior) or 5 years (Senior).
- Industry Background: Experience in healthcare education or general professional staffing. (Candidates with an IT Staffing background will not be considered).
- Stability: A consistent work history is a must. We value candidates who have shown long-term commitment to their previous employers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for candidate screening and client coordination.
