We are seeking motivated relationship-driven Recruiters to join our growing teams at Delta-T Group and Kaleidoscope. This is an excellent opportunity for staffing professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of stability. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening professionals within the education and behavioral health sectors such as teachers and therapists.

What Were Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (Junior) or 5 years (Senior).
Industry Background: Experience in healthcare education or general professional staffing. (Candidates with an IT Staffing background will not be considered).
Stability: A consistent work history is a must. We value candidates who have shown long-term commitment to their previous employers.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for candidate screening and client coordination.
