About this Position:

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Manager include but are not limited to:

Working with client to prioritize productions issues and enhancements;
Conducting weekly status meetings with client throughout the agreement; and
Authoring Monthly Status Reports throughout the agreement;

Minimum Qualifications:

Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP);
Certified as SCRUM Master in the SCRUM Agile methodology;
At least five (5) years of experience in managing/executing/completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies;
At least four (4) years experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal State or Local Level);
At least five (5) years experience implementing enterprise environmental solutions in public sector; and
At least three (3) years experience working with Atlassians JIRA Project Management Software;

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Designing and implementing Cloud-based infrastructure and migrating existing non-cloud systems to the cloud;
Using JIRA software to manage IT development projects;
Designing and implementing GIS interfaces and integrations with Pega workflows;
Managing executing and completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies; and
Tableau development.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Pega 8.6 platform;
Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5;
Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP) Java programming language Java Script and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) for RSP related enhancements;
Sybase PowerDesigner 15.3 for development of database models;
Oracle 12c Backend Database and the main platform to develop PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers;
Infrastructure On-premise and cloud;
Tableau;
Business Objects Reporting;
JIRA; and
Oracle 12c Compatible Java Stored Procedures that could be utilized in conjunction with PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers.
