About this Position:

Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of Senior Technical Analysts include but are not limited to:
Providing technical expertise for any requirements definition and designing processes as needed throughout the agreement;
Applying software engineering skills to develop new or enhanced software components;
Monitoring clients bug-tracking system on a daily basis to ensure that verified software bugs are addressed on a priority basis in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least three (3) years experience in each of the following:
Supporting environmental IT projects in the public sector (Federal State or Local Level);
Working with client/server and web-applications;
Working with Sybase PowerBuilder;
Working with Sybase PowerDesigner;
Working with Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP) Java programming language Java Script and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX);
Working with Oracle Databases to develop PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers;
Working with Atlassians JIRA Project Management Software; and
Managing/executing/completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies;
Certified as System Architect in Pega 7 (or newer);
Experience in designing and implementing Cloud-based infrastructures and migrating existing non-cloud systems to the cloud;
Experience in Business Objects version 4.2 (or newer) and Tableau version 2019.1.4 (or newer) development;
Experience in designing and implementing GIS interfaces and integrations with Pega workflows; and

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Designing and implementing Cloud-based infrastructure and migrating existing non-cloud systems to the cloud;
Using JIRA software to manage IT development projects;
Designing and implementing GIS interfaces and integrations with Pega workflows;
Managing executing and completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies; and
Tableau development.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Pega 8.6 platform;
Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5;
Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP) Java programming language Java Script and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) for RSP related enhancements;
Sybase PowerDesigner 15.3 for development of database models;
Oracle 12c Backend Database and the main platform to develop PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers;
Infrastructure On-premise and cloud;
Tableau;
Business Objects Reporting;
JIRA; and
Oracle 12c Compatible Java Stored Procedures that could be utilized in conjunction with PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers.
