Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong architectural ownership across Service Cloud implementations with deep expertise in Agentforce and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW). The architect will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture ensuring scalability security and alignment with business and client standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and define the end-to-end Salesforce architecture covering Service Cloud Agent force and digital engagement channels including MIAW.
• Design scalable secure and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise and client architecture standards.
• Lead architecture decisions across data models integrations security automation and user experience.
• Define architectural patterns and best practices for Agentforce-driven agent workflows and AI-enabled service capabilities.
• Architect and govern Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW) implementations including routing omni-channel strategies and agent capacity models.
• Provide technical leadership and design guidance to development teams reviewing designs and code for architectural compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints.
• Define and govern integration architecture using APIs middleware event-driven patterns and Salesforce-native capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security access management and compliance standards including least privilege and data protection.
• Participate in release planning risk assessments and architectural reviews across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Experience:

• 14 years of overall software development experience with 10 12 years dedicated exclusively to Salesforce architecture design and development.
• Strong hands-on background with Service Cloud Agentforce and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW).
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform technologies including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Proven track record in architecting designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise-scale requirements.
• Strong experience in Salesforce administration configuration and customization ensuring scalable secure and maintainable implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices governor limits security model and compliance standards.
• Significant experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams perform solution reviews and guide development using Salesforce architectural principles.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills enabling effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II reinforcing deep platform expertise.
• Salesforce Certified Lightning Experience Specialist certification.
