Job Summary

SCRUM MASTER L1 with PM experience.

Location : Addison TX Charlotte NC (hybrid-3 days onsite in a week)

Fulltime/Permanent

Mandate relevant experience : 6 8 years.

Role Purpose

As a trained PM with Scrum Master experience you are responsible for facilitating a Scrum team and are accountable for removing impediments of the team to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are responsible to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended. A key part of your role is to protect the development team allow the teams to be self managed foster collaboration across teams and keep them focused on the tasks at hand.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution / Leadership

Drive the lifecycle delivery of technology initiatives-from concept through deployment to transition to Operations and ultimately closure.

Establish and/or manage the tracking and reporting of delivery plans roadmaps milestones and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams.

Ensure delivery outcomes align to scope timeline budget and quality expectations.

Proactively identify risks issues and blockers. Negotiate with Sr. Leaders mitigation plans and manage status reporting.

Support fostering a culture of accountability and early awareness of risks and issues.

Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery status health and progress.

Facilitate clear frequent communication with senior leadership business partners and cross functional stakeholders.

Implement and enforce delivery framework standards including sprint cadence release processes quality controls and reporting requirements.

Ensure adherence to Change Standards requirements.

Preferred

Certifications: PMP PMI ACP ScrumMaster SAFe or equivalent.

Familiarity with modern SDLC practices

Practical use of Jira Microsoft software (including CoPilot) ServiceNow and Cutover is a plus.
