Job Description
The primary responsibility is to train Epic revenue cycle classes develop and deliver training curriculum and education resources. This position is responsible for class scheduling logistics and supports process improvement initiatives for billing workflows auditing and work queue resolution. It is a liaison role for leadership with IT and end users.
Functions as a primary trainer for assigned application. Leads the design and development of education programs and conducts training to facilitate end user competency and productivity in the use of information technologies for revenue cycle applications. Requires expertise and knowledge of Revenue Cycle applications and processes to translate expertise into solutions. Works with application software users to identify opportunities for improvement and solutions using automation and works with Systems Management for appropriate modifications. Maintains build requirements for the training environment communicates system and process updates and works collectively with IT training teams and leadership to develop supporting education materials to achieve desired results for revenue cycle operations. Actively participates on project teams. Proactively transfers application training knowledge with team members.
This person must reside in the KC Metro.
