As theSeniorChannelManagerBuilderyou are a strategic architect responsible for planning and executing integratedmarketingprograms that drive growthacross multiple channelswithin thesingle-familyhome builder segment. You translate insights into action by partnering closely with product sales brandand external customerteams toanticipatemarket trends develop compelling programs and ensure flawless execution. This role is not about managing isolated tactics itsabout designing cohesive results-driven strategies that deliver brand relevance and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • StrategyDevelopmentfor Key Accounts:Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with businessobjectivesand partner prioritiestodrive profitable growth across customer-facing and influencer touchpoints.
  • Channel & Customer Expertise:Build andmaintaindeep channel knowledge through field travelandindustry market researchmarketand competitivedynamics toidentifyproduct roadmap and marketing opportunities.
  • Go-to-MarketExcellence:Design and execute high-impact integrated marketing plansincludingpromotions merchandisingnew productlaunchesandcollateralto increase visibility and conversion. Overseemarketing budget andrelationships withexternal agency/vendorpartners.
  • ProductPortfolio Management:Provide critical insightsand analysisto Product Managementpartners toinfluence the product roadmap andmaintaina market-relevant product portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as the primary liaisonbetweenSalesBrand Marketing Product Operations Finance and regionalstakeholders to ideate and activate programs that meet commercialobjectives.
  • Cultivate Strong Partner Relationships -Build andmaintainstrong relationships in the field with home builders wholesalers plumbing contractors influencers and trade associations.
  • Performance Measurement:Define KPIs and track channel performance by analyzing sales margins and volume across key products and customers andleadthe development of targeted improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • BachelorsDegree in Marketing Communications or a related field
  • 8 years of marketing experience preferably in customer/channel marketing or brand management within a large matrixed organizationmanagingbuilder accountspreferred
  • 5 yearsofexperience managing cross-functional projects with stage-gate frameworks
  • Strong understanding ofbusiness functions to support customers including digital and traditional marketing channels experience withcompetitive RFPsline reviewsmerchandisingfor physical locationsSalesforce/ CRMand financial acumen
  • Proven ability to interpret data and insights to craft compelling actionable marketing strategies
  • Stronganalytics skillsutilizingdata and insights to inform strategyproficiencyintools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
  • Demonstratedtrack recordinoptimizingmarketing spend for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills confident clear and authentic in delivering strategic messagingboth written and verbalproficiencyin Microsoft PowerPointand Word
  • Collaborative innovative and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning

Additional Information:

This position requires up to20 - 35% domestic travel supporting key customer accounts and initiatives in the field.
